While using cheats...

I want to get Shaymen, Aureus & Darkrai...I know if you don't know what you're doing you can get lost in the abyss. Is there a chance that your game could get deleted while using the Go anywhere cheat?
I'm really paraniod with this cheat stuff since my red game got deleted with gameshark and when my silver randomly decided to delete itself. Since it had the pokemon that got from when I restarted red and beat it (again) with the time machine *poof* there went my 2nd attempt with red, along with my life's work. So I'm really afraid that my game will get deleted esp since now that I transfered my pkmn from emerald to Diamond.
