Well, usually this Lazy Games Blog is about games, but I'm going to pimp my shit here.

Go to my band's MySpace page to check out some original duo-rock. (Click on "MySpace"... This blog doesn't make links very easy to identify.)

I suppose I can comment on some games, too. Feelin' only moderately lazy today. The buzz in the forums has been over the lukewarm reviews of NBA 2k6 and Amped 3 for the 360. I still have faith that there will be some true standout titles for the console, and I'm looking in the direction of PGR3, Call of Duty, and hopefully PDZero for a little redemption.

Let me know what you think about my music. Trash it, trash me, whatever. I'm easy. Leave some feedback, too. Not sure what the point of that is, but I'm superficial, so it'd mean so much to me. Thanks to the few people who left comments after my woeful rejection by IGN.

IGN a no-go

Well, I didn't get the IGN job, but that's okay. It would've been nice, to say the least, but it's just not the right time. I'll just keep plugging away though.

In the meantime, I'll be working on my Shadow of the Colossus review, along with Chicken Little (not bad, actually) and Serious Sam II (haven't tried it yet).

Does anyone read this? Post a letter or number if you read this... just curious.

Here's the lowdown

Okay, so I've been waiting for Doug Perry from IGN Xbox to get back with me. I had a phone interview with him for an Xbox editor opening. He said he'd get back with me either way in two weeks. It's two weeks and a day, and I'm starting to go nuts!

Got to the last colossus last night... quit in frustration with the camera. I can't hate this game though. There's just too much character.

Modojo's Super Mario Kart DS preview has me psyched. I still haven't bought a DS though... again, I'm such a poser.
