As some of you may know, our longtime bassist Matt is relocating toMemphis to attend the College of Arts.  He has been with us sincethe beginning and has been one of the largest players in establishingthe spirit and feel of the band, but since it is unfortunatelydifficult to practice with hour plus distances between members, we haveenlisted a new bassist to help continue the rock.  His name isDan.  Our live efforts were nonexistent during most of the summermonths, but with a regrouping and a renewed drive and opportunity, weare ready to take this fall and Jonesboro by storm. Matt will still participate in all of Badger Nash's studio work, and asfar as the band is concerned, he is still an equal piece of thestructure that keeps this train rolling.  Look forward to freshmaterial and continued rocking, and to Dan's Badger Nash livedebut.  Coming SOON.

Sometimes a good home cooked meal and a little bit of family made musiccan help keep you grounded.  I've been down south the past fewdays catching up on that and spending time with my grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.  I feel refreshed.  I like thinking about and knowing that my family's roots are strong and deep.  It keeps me humble and inspired.

The last days of summer are to be cherished.  The night air hereis warm and pure, perfect for sitting outside with that ol' beat upacoustic guitar.  Its lovely to hear the music weave itself intothe wind, and sometimes I wonder where the notes might land. Hopefully somewhere nice.  Badger Nash is growing everyday with the continued support of ourfriends and fans, and its nice to have that kind of inspiration pushingus forward.  I assure you this - the best is yet to come.  More material coming soon.
