The scope lens makes all his moves that may land a probable critical hit more probable. And he's got a high attack and special defense.....his attack and critical hits make him an awesome physical sweeper.
Shuckle holding leftovers
with the moves:Toxic Rest
and two other moves like toxic
Shuckle has amazing defenses. The leftovers will keep this little guy alive as well as the move rest. Toxic and other moves like that are the annoyers and can bring down a foe quickly if used properly.
These aspects of the two in a double battle can win you the battle easily.
